Delivery Information
We use specially selected delivery companies to ensure your new item arrives safe and sound.
- All TV's are delivered for FREE to the majority of mainland UK addresses*
- All Washers, Dryers, Fridges, Freezers, Fridge Freezers (excluding American Fridge Freezers) and cooking products incur a £19.99 delivery fee*
- All American Fridge Freezers incur a £29.99 delivery fee*
- All Office Furniture products are delivered for FREE to the majority of mainland UK addresses*
- All Small appliances under 30kg incur either a £9.99 or £14.99 delivery fee depending on package size/weight to the majority of mainland UK addresses*
- *Selected postcodes (Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland etc) may occur an additional delivery fee between £49.99 to £89.99 dependent on location
Next Day Delivery is available on most items when ordered before 1 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but where this isn't possible, we aim to deliver within 3 days from processing your order. Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but Saturday deliveries may be available subject to courier options, delivery address location and specific product details. The courier provide you with a 2-hour timeslot and some couriers may call you 30-60 minutes before delivery.
Some delivery couriers have restrictions to certain postcodes depending on the dimensions and weight of the product. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time & date for your delivery. If you have any specific delivery constraints, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In circumstances where the product is considered heavy or bulky (usually over 135kg), we use a specialist 3-man courier service for delivery. This may affect delivery dates in some postal regions. Please call us for more information on this.
Please check the dimensions of your product IN the packaging, particularly on the American Style Fridge Freezers, as you may face trouble getting the product through the doorway, and removal of packaging to fit through will mean the courier cannot accept responsibility for any damage. If you are unsure, please call us.
Please note delivery dates to offshore postal addresses, including Northern Ireland, Islands & Scottish Highlands, may be slightly longer and incur additional delivery costs. In addition, orders from Northern Ireland should expect other effects due to the impact of Brexit regulations. Please do call for more details. If a customer requests a specific date for delivery and has confirmed with RELIANT that they will ensure acceptance of the goods on the date requested and the delivery then fails at no fault of the courier service or RELIANT, a charge of between £30.00 and £200.00 will apply (dependent on the size and product purchased) in order of arranging a new delivery date. Please contact customer services for costs of redelivery according to your particular product. Should a customer decide that no other date is suitable for delivery and a refund is requested, a minimum failed delivery fee of £30.00 will be applicable.
In light of recent events, our delivery couriers have adopted the following government guidelines.
- Upon delivery, they will place your parcel/s on the doorstep, knock on the door and stand back two meters.
- The customer's name will then be entered into the courier's PDA unit.
- If a customer does not answer the door, an out card will be left at the address, and the unit will be returned to the depot.
