At Reliant, we prioritise the safe and timely arrival of your purchases. To ensure your new items reach you, we've partnered with carefully selected couriers. Our delivery options cater to all the products we offer. To ensure that your delivery experience is seamless, please read the information below on delivery fees, times, and other important notes. Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery service is next working day delivery for televisions, audio equipment and office furniture, and 2-4 working days for most appliances (certain postcodes may take upto 5 working days).
Delivery Process:
- Our courier will contact you within 24 hours of dispatch to provide a specific delivery date and a 2-3 hour time slot.
- If the time slot is not convenient, you can rearrange a more suitable time directly with select couriers (not possible with next-day and nominated day delivery).
- Delivery is only made after confirmation, so please ensure you confirm promptly.
Next-Day & Nominated Day Delivery
Next working day and nominated day delivery is available for most products but delivery charges vary depending on the type of product, postcode and product weight. Next working day or a weekday of your choice is available if ordered by 1 pm, Mon-Fri, excl. public holidays.
Special Deliveries:
- Saturday Deliveries: £14.99 additional charge. Available for select items and locations. Contact us for details or view during the checkout process.
- Heavy/Bulky Items (>135kg): Delivered via a specialist 3-man courier service, which may affect delivery times in certain regions - please contact us for more information.

Important Notes
Check Dimensions: Ensure product dimensions (including packaging) fit through your doorway. Removal of packaging may void courier responsibility for damages.
Offshore Deliveries: Delivery dates to Northern Ireland, Islands & Scottish Highlands may be longer and incur additional costs. Contact us for details on Brexit-related impacts.
Customer Responsibilities
It is important that someone is available to accept the delivery at the time and date communicated from the courier. For rescheduled deliveries due to missed appointments, a charge of £30.00 to £200.00 will apply, depending on the product size and delivery location. Please contact customer service for details.
Safety Guidelines
Our couriers adopt the following delivery policies; parcels will be placed on the doorstep, and couriers will maintain a 2-metre distance. If no one answers the door, an undelivered out card will be left at the delivery address, and the parcel will be returned to the depot.
